Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM)

CISM Response

Our team offers Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) response services to support individuals and groups following traumatic events such as accidents, sudden deaths, violence, or natural disasters.

Our responses are grounded in the internationally recognized ICISF model and are designed to reduce the impact of critical incidents, support recovery, and help prevent long-term psychological harm.

Requesting a Response: For immediate support or to discuss arranging CISM services for your community or workplace, please contact: info@brazzoni.com or call our main office.

Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) Training

We currently offer the following ICISF-certified courses:

Individual Crisis Intervention and Peer Support:

This 2-day course provides participants with the foundational skills needed to provide one-on-one crisis support, including active listening, psychological first aid, and strategies for recognizing when to refer individuals for additional help.

Group Crisis Intervention:

Also, a 2-day course, this training focuses on how to respond to traumatic events within groups, covering techniques such as defusing, debriefing, and managing group dynamics after critical incidents

Combined Training Option:

For those seeking comprehensive skills in both individual and group response, the two courses can be combined and delivered over three consecutive days.

Certification: Participants who complete the training will receive certification directly from the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation (ICISF).
