Our team offers Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) response services to support individuals and groups following traumatic events such as accidents, sudden deaths, violence, or natural disasters.

Our responses are grounded in the internationally recognized ICISF model and are designed to reduce the impact of critical incidents, support recovery, and help prevent long-term psychological harm.

Employee and Family Assistance Program

We offer a responsive and comprehensive Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) tailored to the unique needs of those we serve. As a family-owned and operated business rooted in British Columbia, we understand the local landscape—both culturally and geographically—and bring that awareness into the services we provide.

Flexible, Accessible Support

Our EFAP includes confidential counselling services delivered in a way that prioritizes accessibility, comfort, and privacy. We offer:

· In-person sessions in our Prince George office or on-site

· Phone and video counselling for those in remote areas or who prefer virtual support

Counselling is available for individuals, couples, and families, addressing a wide range of concerns including stress, anxiety, grief, and relationship challenges.
