Brazzoni and Associates Mental Health Inc., is committed to providing relationship-based, culturally sensitive mental health services to First Nations communities across British Columbia. Our approach is grounded in cultural humility, community connection, and the belief that healing happens in many forms—not just within office walls.

Community-Based Mental Health Services

We send experienced, registered clinicians directly into communities to offer accessible, person-centered support. These services go beyond traditional office-based counselling. Our clinicians engage with community members where they are, walking through the community, knocking on doors, joining youth on nature walks, and attending local events. This flexible, grounded approach allows us to build trust and foster authentic therapeutic relationships.

Remote Services

For communities preferring or requiring online access, we offer a virtual model. A dedicated clinician is assigned to your community and is available on scheduled days for both booked and walk-in sessions (based on availability). This ensures consistent support from a familiar face who understands your community’s unique needs and rhythms.

Hybrid Model

We also offer a hybrid approach, where clinicians fly into the community for in-person visits and provide online services on alternating weeks. This model supports continuity of care and allows us to build deeper connections while maintaining consistent access to services.

Our Commitment to Long-Term Relationships

Each community is matched with a specific clinician who remains assigned to them over time. This continuity supports the development of strong therapeutic relationships, deep trust, and more meaningful care.

We work collaboratively with health centers, Chief and Council, and community members to ensure that all services are culturally relevant, responsive, and aligned with your goals. Every community receives a custom wellness plan, co-developed at no extra cost, with the full support of our management team included in our services.
