Update January, 2023

We are back to full in person services in our Prince George office.

However, Covid-19 has shown us that virtual counseling is an effective way to support people. Therefore, B&A will continue to offer virtual support through zoom or telephone for those people who prefer to receive services this way.

Update December 30, 2021

Brazzoni & Associates continues to operate both remotely through phone and zoom and in person. Due to increased infections with the Omicron strain of the virus, we recommend those who can, access services remotely. Due to physical distancing considerations and some clinicians’ discomfort with in-person appointments, there is a wait for in-person appointments.

All in person group programs (IOP and Aftercare) are operating remotely on Zoom

 Covid 19 update December, 08 2020

Due to the increased orders for physical distancing, B&A continues to be closed to the public However, our phone lines are open, appointments, and new intakes can still be booked.  We have moved to 100% telehealth counselling for individual, couples, and family support.  Our group and individual outpatient treatment and after care programs continue to run through telehealth.  

A note about telehealth: telehealth options are an effective and confidential way to offer support remotely.  From the comfort of your home, you can connect with your counsellor via telephone or video.  Video options will be explained to you by your counsellor.  Video communication can be accomplished via your camera enhanced desktop, laptop, or smart phone.

Brazzoni & Associates Mental Health Services, Inc. remains open to serve the needs of our community.  We are watching health bulletins and are taking measures to ensure the cleanliness of our office and safety of our staff and clients.  Some staff are requesting that they conduct counselling services by way of telephone or zoom to limit social contact.  B&A is completely supportive of this option and would like to encourage any new or returning clients to take advantage of this option if they are wanting to practice “social distancing”.  Please send us an email at adminb@telus.net or call us (250-614-2261) to request your appointment be moved to phone/online.  Email is preferable as it will leave the phone lines clear.   

We recognize that this pandemic has caused increased anxiety for some and B&A will do what it can to support you during this trying time.
