A little bit about us

Founded in 1995, Brazzoni and Associates Mental Health Services (B&A) is a family owned and Indigenous run practice that is dedicated to delivering comprehensive mental health services throughout British Columbia.

The company began with Christina Dobson (Brazzoni), our founder, who recognized the crucial need for accessible mental health care, especially in remote Indigenous communities. Thus, early years of B&A were dedicated to sending clinicians into remote communities on a regular schedule, meeting the unique needs of the north.

B&A has since expanded its services to include general counselling and support services to individuals and companies (Employee and Family Assistance Programs); outpatient addiction treatment; and Training services under Sustain, the training division of B&A.

Brazzoni and Associates is supported by over 20 registered mental health clinicians who bring a wide variety of experience and areas of specialization. Staff and associates are supported by a dedicated and diverse leadership team directed by Dr. Christina Dobson. Our clinicians and leadership work collaboratively to ensure that Brazzoni and Associates remains at the front of evidence-based practice and provides culturally safe mental health support. Driven by our commitment to inclusivity and excellence, we continue to uphold the belief that everyone deserves access to exceptional mental health care.
